About Rajshahi Mohila Polytechnic Institute
Rajshahi Mohila Polytechnic Institute specifically provides education for female students. Rajshahi is one of the oldest city in Bangladesh and familiar with the name of Education City. Rajshahi Mohila polytechnic is one of a member of this education city. This polytechnic is located at Nawdapara bypass road on its own campus.
Students Residential Hostel
Presently there is one 4-storied girl’s hostel in this Institute and which can accommodate nearly 100 girls.
Library And Medical Center

This institute has a Medical centre with an MBBS doctor. The Medical centre ensures the health and physical condition of the institute students.

Rajshahi Mohila Polytechnic institute was established in 2003 & started its academic activities from the 2005-06 session with 152 students in four technologies. Later another department has added to it. Now, this Institute has a total of 5 departments.

Admission Qualification
The prerequisite for admission in first-year first-semester class in Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or it’s equivalent with at least GPA-3 on average and a minimum of GPA-3 in mathematics. Only female students are eligible for admission.
Admission Quota
The Rajshahi Mohila polytechnic institute preserved some quotas including SSS vocational quota 15%, minor ethnic group quota 2%, freedom fighter 5%, special needs student quota 5%, and 2% for children of officials or employees.
Course Information
Rajshahi Mohila Polytechnic Institute offers Diploma-in-Engineering Courses in five technologies, Like Architecture & Interior Design, Computer, Electromedical, Electronics & Food in two shifts. All diploma programs are four years (8 semesters) of duration.
Class Schedule
The class of this polytechnic is managed by two shifts. The first shift starts from 08:00 am and end at 12:30 pm. Again the second shift class begin from 01:30 pm and ends at 06:00 pm
Scholarship
At present, there is a provision offering stipends to 65% of the enrolled students of the Institute with a lump grant of TK 905/- per semester per student.
