Bangladesh Survey Institute is a government technical institute. It is only one government survey engineering institute in Bangladesh. It was held in 1914. It is one of the oldest institutes in this area.
Bangladesh Survey Institute is situated in Rammala, Comilla, Bangladesh. In Bangladesh, it is one of the oldest leading servery Institute in the area of Engineering and Technology. This institute prides itself not because of its age but for the depth of its involvement in Engineering and Technology.

The Institute operates under the executive control of the Ministry of Education(MOE) acting through the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). The academic programs, curriculums are maintained under the regulation of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB).

To admit in this institute you have to need some qualifications, first of all, you have to pass the SSC or equivalent exam with a minimum CGPA 3.50 and the individual CGPA needed 3.00 in general meth or higher math. The applicant age must be under 22, if you have these qualifications, you can apply for online admission.
Like the other diploma institute, this institute offers a 4 years duration Diploma in engineering course in surveying technology.
