Rajshahi Mohila Polytechnic Institute specifically provides education for female students. Rajshahi is one of the oldest city in Bangladesh and familiar with the name of Education City. Rajshahi Mohila polytechnic is one of a member of this education city. This polytechnic is located at Nawdapara bypass road on its own campus.
Presently there is one 4-storied girl’s hostel in this Institute and which can accommodate nearly 100 girls.
A well-decorated library is available in this institute. There are several types of free books in this library, the institute student can read any book for free and learning can increase knowledge as well. This institute has a Medical centre with an MBBS doctor. The Medical centre ensures the health and physical condition of the institute students.
There is a well-appointed canteen in this polytechnic. The canteen serves fresh and healthy food for the student. Students can sit in the canteen for their lunch.

The prerequisite for admission in first-year first-semester class in Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or it’s equivalent with at least GPA-3 on average and a minimum of GPA-3 in mathematics. Only female students are eligible for admission.
The Rajshahi Mohila polytechnic institute preserved some quotas including SSS vocational quota 15%, minor ethnic group quota 2%, freedom fighter 5%, special needs student quota 5%, and 2% for children of officials or employees.

The class of this polytechnic is managed by two shifts. The first shift starts from 08:00 am and end at 12:30 pm. Again the second shift class begin from 01:30 pm and ends at 06:00 pm
At present, there is a provision offering stipends to 65% of the enrolled students of the Institute with a lump grant of TK 905/- per semester per student.
