About Dhaka Mohila Polytechnic Institute
Dhaka Mohila Polytechnic Institute is one of 49 Government Polytechnic Institutes in Bangladesh. The academic activities of this polytechnic are controlled by the Technical Education Board Dhaka (BTEB). It is one of a well-known polytechnic institute in Bangladesh. Admission Qualification
The minimum requirement for admission is a Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent certificate with at least CGPA 3.50 (65% marks) on average with a minimum of GPA 3.50 in mathematic. If a student has these qualifications, she able to apply.
Course Information
Each of the Dhaka Mohila Polytechnic Institute’s departments is divided into eight semesters. In each semester a student earns a significant amount of CGPA under 4. The last semester is the Industrial Training Semester. A student learns practical information about a selected technology in the industry for approximately six months.
Class Schedule
This polytechnic institute has two shifts in class. The first shift starts from 8:00 am and end at 12:00 pm. On the other hand, the class of the Second shift starts at 1:30 pm and ends at 6:00 pm.
